In an age marked by acceleration and distraction, how might we recover a vision of formation rooted not in conquest but in communion? This retreat invites us to consider two interwoven questions: What forms us? And what are we being formed toward? Through the distinct but resonant voices of Sho Baraka and Andy Crouch, we’ll examine the cultural, technological, and theological forces shaping our lives and communities. Together, we’ll imagine formative environments of resistance and renewal—spaces that nurture presence, humility, and love, restoring us to ourselves, to one another, and to God.
